I was responsible for the product design of a non-custodial crypto bank, covering the entire lifecycle–from initial hypotheses to launch and ongoing support. I designed the onboarding process, KYC, Secret Phrase, and card issuance, and initiated the Cleanless Checker feature. I developed a unified design system that became the standard for all of the company’s products.

Market and competitor analysis, interviews, and feedback collection on existing wallets, as well as identifying pain points and use cases that formed the basis for product solutions.

User flow for the whole application, scenario design, prototypes and mock-ups of the key paths.
Design system
I built a unified system from scratch (color scheme, Poppins typography, components, states, navigation) and established it as the primary library for all Hawex products.
UI & branding
Visual language, brand identity, and a style that captures the essence of the product.

Corridor tests and focus groups, iterative refinements, development support, and verification of compliance with mockups.
